Learn how to navigate and strategize the process to get as much access to your children as possible, compose a favorable divorce decree and start to eliminate the stress of communicating and co-parenting with an abusive person.
1. Discover the concept of RADICAL ACCEPTANCE, how it applies to us, the marriage we now find ourselves trying to escape, so we can accelerate the healing process and navigate divorcing a difficult person.
2. Unpack the misconceptions of the court system and attorneys who rarely understand the basics of emotional, psychological abuse and “narcissism.”
3. Learn how to navigate and strategize in the court system so you can compose a favorable divorce decree and parenting allocation that benefits you when matched against someone who feels entitled and rarely follows the rules.
4. Learn how to promote yourself to show the parent that you are to get an outcome that is the healthiest benefit for you and your children.
5. Construct a documentation system that will help you put your case together, locate proof and be ready to go to court.
6. Build a co-parenting plan and communication system for use with your ex that keeps the children at the center while reducing stress on you when interacting with them.
7. Learn self-care strategies that are outside of the box that allow you to tackle the challenge of moving not just through a divorce, but beyond so you can restore your faded gifts and piece together the life you want.
Divorcing a Covert Narcissist…
is a 6-week small (5-8 people) coaching and support group hosted by Eleanor Marks, a certified High Conflict Divorce Coach. www.EleanorMarks.net This program helps you through the messy process of divorcing a narcissist.
We gather weekly for 2-hours starting with introductions and check-ins and move to a set session topic. You’ll get daily unlimited support through access to a private Facebook group with others in your program who “get it” so you can support each other in a safe and secure environment.

This 6 week program, taught by High Conflict Divorce Coach Eleanor Marks, is focused on the details and problems specific to divorcing a covert narcissist, or an individual exhibiting behaviors consistent with one. Meetings are two hours each week allowing time to check-in and get many questions answered. These sessions are a wealth of information, great for gaining ideas and guidance on how to get through a difficult divorce with your sanity.
